Miss Dell was born Sept. 18, 1986, in Colquitt County, daughter of Maxine Mattie Blackburn Dell and Richard Arnold Dell Sr. of Moultrie. She was a member of Young Christian Crusade Church and was a student at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. She was employed at Southwest Georgia Bank.
Survivors include her parents, Maxine Mattie Blackburn Dell and Richard Arnold Dell Sr. of Moultrie; her grandmother, Ethell Blackburn; and her brother, Richard Arnold Dell Jr. and wife Missy of Moultrie.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ellis Franklin Dell and Mattie Mae Dell and Hoyt Lee Blackburn
