Services for Carrie Burdeen Bell, 83 of Killeen, Texas will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 23, 2017 at Memorial Baptist Church in Killeen. Burial will follow at Killeen City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen. Ms. Bell died on February 17, 2017 at Scott & White Medical Center in Temple. She was born on June 12, 1933 in the Brookhaven Community in Killeen. She was long-time member of Memorial Baptist Church. She retired from Killeen ISD after 26 years as a teacher's aide. She loved sports, fishing, family, and socializing with friends. Ms. Bell was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Bell; parents, Era and Thomas DeLord; brother, Thomas DeLord, and granddaughter, Lindsay Nicole Bell. Survivors include her daughter, Tresia Ann Miller and husband, Stan of Temple; son, Mark Duane Bell and wife Becca of China Spring; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
