She was born in Clarion Hospital on February 17, 1965 and was the daughter of Richard Williams of Clarion and Arta Williams of Harrisburg. She was a graduate of Clarion High School, attended the Hiram G. Andrews Center, Johnstown where she received a Clerical Certificate. Julie had several jobs in the Harrisburg area. She was a member of the Christian Life Assembly Church, Camp Hill.
In addition to her parents Julie is survived by her husband William "Bill" P. Cox whom she married August 17, 1996 and one sister; Tracy Schliep, Sharon and was preceded in death by her brother; Richard Williams.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 24, 2017 in the Fackler-Wiedeman Funeral Home 2253 Derry St., Harrisburg with Pastor Lee Hyman, Officiating. Burial in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held on Friday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am in the funeral home.
