She was a long time member of the southern Baptist church. Jeanette was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was known for her wonderful homemaking skills, but also spent many years working in the retail industry.
Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Roy V. Cox; sister, Maudie Hooker; and brothers, Lee and Ernest Myers. She is survived by her children, Roy Vernon (Jennie) Cox of Colorado, James D. (Stephanie) Cox of Zanesville, and Sandra (Tom) Parks of Sugar Creek Township; grandchildren, Lisa (Rick) Short, Shane (Erin) Cox, William (Becki) Westwood, and Tami (Skip) Tappan; great-grandchildren, Cole, Coen, Dylan, Landry and Victoria; and numerous nieces and nephews.
