Annette Lee Frazier, 81, of Mansfield, passed away Saturday evening, February 18, 2017, at Winchester Terrace Nursing Home. She was born August 1, 1935, in Mansfield, Ohio, to the late Thomas C. and Eva (Hock) Davis.

Annette graduated from Mansfield Senior High School in 1953. She was formerly employed in the receiving department at Meijer. Annette was a cat lover and enjoyed watching the grace of butterflies.

She is survived by two sons, Michael Lee (Anne) Frazier and Jeffrey Scott (Paula) Frazier, both of Mansfield; two grandchildren, Katie Marie Frazier and Matthew Ryan Frazier, both of Mansfield; and a nephew, Gary A. Galliway of Florida. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Eugene Frazier in 2004; sister, Marion L. Galliway; and niece, Kay Ellen Wittmer.

A private service will be held in Mansfield Cemetery where she will be laid to rest beside her husband. The Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is privileged to serve the family.
