Harold O. Davis, 75, formerly of Reynolds, died yesterday at Oak Glen Home, Coal Valley, where he was a resident.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the Jinks Funeral Home, Reynolds, followed by graveside services at 11:00 in the Reynolds Cemetery with the Rev. Caroline Hutchinson, pastor of the United Methodist Church in Reynolds, officiating.

There will be no visitation. Memorials may be made to Oak Glen Home and left at the funeral home.

Mr. Davis was born Dec. 27, 1909 in Emporia, Va., the son of Denzil and Maude Millett Davis. He received his education in Reynolds schools. He was a lifelong resident of Reynolds.

He was employed at Texaco, Inc. in Bettendorf as a warehouseman for 25 years, until his retirement. He was a member of Moose Lodge of Rock Island.

Surviving are two sons, Roger of Illinois City and Bruce of Highland Park; one daughter, Mrs Orin Rockhold of Milan; and four grandchildren.
