She was born in Oneida, Tennessee the daughter of Ronald Ball and Mary Lou (Roberts) Ball. Rachel loved coloring, Mickey Mouse, dolls, cats, and aggravating her brothers. She celebrated every day as her 17th birthday.
Her mother precedes her in death.
Survivors include her father, Ronald Ball of Pine Knot, Kentucky; brothers, William Wesley Ball of Pine Knot, Kenneth Andrew Ball of Chatsworth, Georgia, and Ronnie Ball-Shelley of Pine Knot; many aunts, uncles, cousins,and very special friends: Sherry and Will Dixion.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 1pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Allen Burke and Bro. Jay Barnett officiating. Burial to follow in the Lower Cal Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 6pm Monday, February 20, 2017 at the funeral home.
