Mrs. Michel is the daughter of Mr. Lewis McCabe & Mrs. Constance Noste Woodruff, and she married Bob Michel on 12-26-1948 in Peoria, and she is the mother of three sons, Mr. Scott Michel of Chicago, Mr. Bruce {June} Michel of Virginia, and Mr. Robin {Joanna} of California, and one daughter, Mrs. Laurie {David} Norcross of Alexandria, Virginia, and three Grandsons, one brother, Mr. Herbert Woodruff.

Mrs. Michel received a BA & BME Degrees in Piano from Bradley University in Peoria. She was a member of the Sigma Alpha Iota musical fraternity and Pi Beta Phi Sorority.
