Mr. Palmer was a member of the Carpenter's Local 97 for 60 years. He was also a member of the American Legion Post 338. Funeral Thursday, February 23, 10 AM at COLLIER'S Funeral Home, 3400 N. Lindbergh Blvd. (St. Ann). Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society or the American Legion Post 338. Visitation Wednesday 4-8 PM.
