Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, 6969 E. Interstate 40, with Dr. Dana Moore officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Blake was born June 2, 1903, in Delta County. She was a longtime member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church and was self-employed as a seamstress for many years.
She was preceded in death by a son, Carroll Blake.
Survivors include a son, Lloyd Blake; a brother, Raymond Baldwin; a sister, Bonnie Lou Self; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be to Meals On Wheels or Pleasant Valley Baptist Church building fund.
