Freda was born October 16, 1908 in Lyle, Minnesota the daughter of John J. and Dora (Anderson) Knutson. She married Leonard N. Anderson October 27, 1934 in Osage, Iowa. He died in 1966. Freda died Monday, September 23, 1996 at Baptist Memorial Hospital East, Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 87 years.

She is survived by one daughter; Judith Bradshaw, Bartlett, Tennessee, four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, two sisters; Melba Hartson, Cedar Falls, Iowa, and Pauline Sherve, Cedar Falls, Iowa.

Freda was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son; Jerome (Jerry) Anderson, and one sister; Marcelle Mouwdy.

Interment - Fairview Cemetery, Cedar Falls, Iowa
