He was a member and deacon of New Market Baptist Church, and was retired from Greenwood Mills.

He was survived by his wife; two daughters; three grandchildren and four great-grand children.

Funeral services: Thursday, February 20,
1975, New Market Baptist Church.

Burial: Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
