Lois Elizabeth Curb Love, 92, of Belton, entered her heavenly home on Monday, February 13, 2017. She passed away in Temple at a local hospital. She was born June 16, 1924 in rural Bell County, Texas near Cedar Valley Community. She was the daughter of George Thomas Curb and Annie Delzie (Jackson) Curb.

Lois was raised on a farm and she helped her father with the livestock and harvesting. Lois married Wilburn Odell Love on November 20, 1943 in Belton, Texas and they were blessed with four sons. She was a member of Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ in Belton for many years. Lois was a housewife, mother, grandmother and spiritual mother to many. She will be remembered for the unconditional love she displayed and faithfulness to her Lord Jesus. Her countless prayers impacted the lives of those who knew her. Lois’ greatest joy was spending time with her family. She also enjoyed sewing, quilting, crocheting, and making gifts for others. Lois truly left a ‘Legacy of Love’.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wilburn Love; a son, Steven R. Love; a sister, Frankie Love and three grandchildren; Mark A. Love, Travis C. Love, and Jeffrey D. Love.

Lois is survived by her three sons, Gene O. Love of Belton, Gary L. Love and wife Patsy of Belton and Kenneth N. Love and wife Roye Nell of Belton; a brother, George Curb and wife Jenice of Quinlan, Texas; a sister Emma Jean Cain and husband Mark of Palestine, Texas; ten grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren and seven great great-grandchildren.
