Ella Mae "Pat" Cameron, age 79, passed away peacefully at Tennova Hospice on Tuesday, February 14, 2017.

She was a member of Tekoa Baptist Church. As a devout Christian woman she served the church in many positions over the years.

She was a devoted wife who loved her church and her family and served them faithfully during her lifetime. She was a wonderful homemaker and she especially enjoyed traveling.

She joins her husband James "Donnie" Cameron of 50 years; father and mother George and Lizzie Hayes; siblings Charlie Hayes, Louise Kirby, Harold (Sarah) Hayes and brother-in-law Bill Humphries. Left to cherish her memory, sister Jan Humphries; brother-in-law, Junior Kirby; sister-in-law Delores Hayes; and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to express a very special thank you to the caregivers and the Tennova Hospice staff.

The family will receive friends 5 – 7:00 pm Thursday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with funeral service to follow at 7:00 pm, Pastor Bill Dean officiating.

Family and friends will meet 1:45 pm Friday at Lynnhurst Cemetery for 2:00 pm interment.
