Robert William Wilson, born May 25, 1930 in Detroit Michigan. Passed away October 3, 2016 in Tavares, Florida, formerly of Dearborn Michigan. He was the son of William and Hazel Wilson. He married Barbara Elizabeth Mailey on January 20, 1951, they were married 55 years. He was predeceased by his parents and his wife. Surviving are his children Rick (Rhonda) Wilson of Spring Texas, Robin (Douglas) Halleck of West Branch, Michigan and Dennis (Julie) Wilson of Kalamazoo, Michigan, six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and loving companion, Julia Fryer of Tavares, Florida. A talented plasterer and ceramic tile installer, his favorite jobs were Son, Husband, Dad, Grandpa, Friend and Hockey Coach. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cornerstone Hospice, 2445 Lane Park Rd., Tavares, FL 32778.
