Age 82. Passed away Sunday, August 20, in the Intensive Care Burn Unit of the University (of Michigan) Medical Center in Ann Arbor. Born April 7, 1890 in Ypsilanti, Michigan, the son of Mr and Mrs. Wilson Lucking. For many years he was a Security Officer for the Ford Motor Company, retiring in 1960. Mr. Lucking was a veteran of World War I and a member of the American Legion Post No. 282 of Ypsilanti. Survivors include two daughters Mrs. William (Elizabeth) Bazley of Livonia, and Mrs. Harvey (Josephine) Klemmer of Washington, D.C., three grandchildren; one sister Mrs Albert (Lydia) Becker of Portland, Oregon; one cousin, Dean Lucking of Detroit.
