Mr. Dan Williams, 76, died Tuesday, February 7, 2017. Mr. Williams was born May 4, 1940 to Mr. & Mrs. Charlie Williams in Epps, Louisiana.

He loved to fish, watch old Western and action movies, repair bicycles and lawnmowers, and most recently he worked security at Regency Apartments in Texas City.

Mr. Williams leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife: Mrs. Mary Williams; three daughters: Kimberly Williams, Demetria Williams, and Tetra Williams; three sons: Travis Reece, Michael Lamont Sandifer, and Mark (Jennifer) Sandifer; three sisters: Mattie McDowell, Lillaie Griffin, and Lennie McDaniel; seven brothers: Alonzo (Faye) Williams, Ruffus (Betty) Williams, Roy (Georgia) Williams, Charlie (Mildred) Williams, Jr., Van Williams, Comred Williams, and Gregory (Ruby) Williams. Also left to cherish his memory are a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren along with two sister-in-laws: Hallie Miller and Amanda Johnson and one brother-in-law: James (Nancy) Gates. Two special friends: Consetta Gilmore and Louis (Big Boy) will also remember and cherish his memory.

Minister Pete Hayes will officiate the funeral service.
