Committal service will follow in the Bel-Stine Cemetery in Glenmora under the direction of White Oaks Funeral Home, Alexandria.
Andrew, 73, of Pineville, entered eternal rest on Saturday, February 11, 2017 in Pineville. He was born May 14, 1943 in Pineville to the union of Andrew Jack Belgard and Adeleline Deselle Belgard.
He served his country in the United States Navy.
Andrew was a conductor for the Missouri Pacific Railroad. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his former wife, Brenda Belgard; one brother, Billy Ray Belgard; two sisters, Jackie Kerriker and Gloria Coleman; nephew, Troy George, Jr.; and niece, Ashley Coleman.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are: two sons, Dustin Belgard of Alexandria and Randy (Jodi) Belgard of Pineville; three daughters, Roxanne Belgard of Glenmora, Tammy (Steve) Williams of Pineville, and Candace Baker of Texas; eight grandchildren, Devin, Joshua, Daniel, and Jason Belgard, Kylan and Baylee Edwards, Stephanie and Amanda Williams; one brother, Wyatt Belgard of Toledo Bend; one sister, Janell Birchville of Alexandria; and numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Pallbearers to serve will be Larry Echols, Devin Belgard, Joshua Belgard, Daniel Belgard, Jason Belgard, and Steve Williams.
Visitation will be held in the Chapel of White Oaks – Alexandria, Tuesday, February 14, 2017 from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m., then on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 2 p.m. in the chapel
