Mr. Warren T Smith, 73, died at his home. He was one of the oldest citizens in the city. He was born in Cameron on June 10, 1867, and is survived by two sons, Frank Smith of Cameron, and Robert Smith of Houston
For many years he was with the Hefley Theatres in Cameron, but due to health and age he had to retire.
Funeral services held Sunday with the pastor of the First Baptist Church conducting the service with interment in Oak Hill Cemetery.
