Anna Mullins Obituary
Anna (Pigg) Mullins, age 97, peacefully passed away on August 22, 2023, at Ephraim McDowell Hospital in Danville, KY. She was born on December 20, 1925, in Berea, KY, to the late George and Jane Pigg. Anna was preceded in death by her husbands, Herbert Glenn and Bill Mullins, as well as her dear son Greeley Ezra Glenn. She also mourned the loss of her great granddaughter, Hannah Lowery, and her siblings, Marshall, Greeley, Bob, Frank, Myrtle, Grace, Eleanor, Pearl, Zylphia, Maude, Rachel, and Zylphia Ann. She will be greatly missed by her children Linda Phillips (Ronnie), Wanda Helton (Doug), Jesse Glenn (Janie), and Billy Glenn (Marie). Anna's legacy lives on through her 15 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 49 great-great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-great-grandchild. Anna was a talented homemaker who found joy in sewing, gardening, and cooking. Her warm personality and creative spirit touched the lives of those around her.
The pallbearers for Anna's funeral will be Nathan, Myron, Trenten, Jody, Jesse, and Gideon. A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 26, from 12-2pm at Lakes Funeral Home in Berea, KY. Funeral services will begin at 2pm at the funeral home and burial will be in the Lancaster Cemetery in Lancaster, Kentucky. Services will be livestreamed at www.lakesfuneralhome.com
