He was born Oct. 5, 1950 in Philadelphia, PA to Anthony and Josephine DeLuca Delia. He married Monika Badtke in Blackwood, NJ on April 25, 1981. She survives.
Also surviving are his daughter, Anna (Jami) McKimson; 2 grandchildren, Benjamin and Emily; one uncle; one aunt; 3 cousins, and 2 nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Anthony.
Frank was a loving and devoted husband and father who loved his grandchildren dearly. His passions were cooking, baking, gardening, pickling peppers and making hot sauce.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Per Frank's wishes services will be private. Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Lung Association or Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America.
