He is survived by; Wife, Rachel of the home, daughter: Cloe Wise of the home, Son: Cole Wise of the home, Sister: Linda Gossett of Stigler, OK, Brother: Charles Wise and wife, Cathy, of Stigler, OK, Niece & Nephews: Tommy McCormick and Josh Tomlin of Tamaha, OK; Mike McCormick and wife, Angie, of Stigler, OK; Hardy Labor, Jr. and wife, Becky, of McCurtian, OK; Justin Wise of Stigler, OK; Amber Myers and husband, Joseph, of McCurtain, OK; Duncan Ely of Panama City Beach, Florida, 10 Great Nieces & Nephews, 2 Great Great Nieces
Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Alma Wise; grandparents, Charlie and Callie Bruner, Homer and Rosa Wise.
Graveside Service will be held at 2pm Monday, February 13, 2017 with Rev. Tommie Parker and Doug Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Wise Family Cemetery.
