Age 31 of Owosso passed away on Friday, February 10, 2017.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at Nelson-House Funeral Homes in Owosso with Pastor Tim Whalen officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday, February 13 from 2:00 to 8:00pm.
Keith was born on August 13, 1985 to James Sexton and Tracy (Wyon) Nelson in Owosso. He graduated from Owosso High School with the class of 2003. Keith worked as a cook at the Owosso Country Club, and he also worked Construction during his off-months.
Throughout his life, Keith loved being outdoors, especially hunting deer and trapping raccoon. He loved watching both College and Pro Football, and he was an avid U of M fan. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and friends. Keith was very close to both of his parents, however, anyone at all who knew Keith, knew that he shared a very special bond with his mother.
Keith is survived by his mother, Tracy (Brent) Nelson; his father, Jim (Kristina) Sexton; his 2 brothers, Kenneth Haworth and Jon Villasurda (Megan Hewitt); his grandparents, Barbara (Lee) Hammond, Rudolph Miculka, Teresa Flynn, and Margaret Lopez; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other loving family and friends.
He is predeceased by his Grandma and Grandpa Sexton, Great grandmother Rachida Miculka, grandfather Henri Wyon, Uncle Bruce Lake, Aunt Deb and Uncle Dave Mitts.
