Roseleen Bitha "Rosie" Phillips, 90, of Minier passed away on Friday (Feb. 10, 2017) in her home.
Rosie was born on June 19, 1926 in Argenta, the daughter of Buford and Bitha (Tucker) Walters.
She married Clarence "Pete" Phillips on May 6, 1947, in White Heath. He preceded her in death on April 8, 2016.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; son, Dale Edward Phillips and daughter, Debbie Saathoff.
Surviving are a son, Steve (Ron) Phillips; son-in-law, John Saathoff; brother, Jerry (Linda) Walters; sisters, Irene Whittington and Marty Hiter; grandchildren, Jared (Natalie) Saathoff and Luke (Stephanie0 Saathoff and three great-grandchildren.
She was a homemaker, baby sitter, loved gardening and was an avid reader.
