Barbara Jane Asbury, age 62, of Middletown, peacefully returned to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, February 17, 2002, with loved ones by her side at Norton Suburban Hospital and after a valiant battle with cancer. She was employed by Sears Credit Central. Survivors include her beloved children, Beth Fyffe (Elvis) and Marc Asbury (Carla); her dear mother, Emerald Allison LeMaster; a brother, Roger LeMaster (Lynn); her five grandchildren {listed}; and a nephew....At her request, Ms. Asbury has been cremated. A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Schroppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks, Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd., with burial to follow in Highland Cemetery in Johnson County, KY. Expressions of sympathy to American Cancer Society.
