Todd is survived by a daughter, Jillani Milan Jones of Oklahoma City, and 6 siblings: Connie Tanner of Dallas, Debbie Jones of Fort Smith, Russel Jones of Van Buren, Ibrahim Abdullah of Dallas, Vicki Zacarias of Fort Smith, and Janelle Jones of Crossett, Arkansas.
Cremation will be under the direction of Lewis-Roberts Funeral Chapel, Fort Smith.
