He was born May 9, 2000 at Springdale, Arkansas, the son of Charles Allen and Reba Marie (Marbut) Collins.
Clifford was a student at Huntsville High School.
Survivors include his father, Charles Allen Collins of Wagoner, Oklahoma; his mother, Reba Marie Collins of Springdale, Arkansas; two sisters, Victoria Collins, and Sierra Collins, both of Springdale, Arkansas; his grandparents, Shirley and James Jones, George Marbut and Madeline and James Arrington, all of Hindsville, Arkansas, Roger and Karen Collins of Claremore, Oklahoma; and his great-grandmother, Joyce Fryman of Claremore, Oklahoma.
A Memorial was held Monday, February 13, 2017 at Huntsville High School.
Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 p.m., Friday, February 17, 2017 at Brashears Funeral Home in Huntsville, Arkansas.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 18, 2017 in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with Brother Jeff Netherton officiating.
Interment will be in the Austin Cemetery at Best, Arkansas under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home of Huntsville, Arkansas.
Pallbearers will be Shane Hollingsworth, Clifford Marbut, Mike Rose, Jackie Hollingsworth, George Marbut and Rocky Richardson.
