Judy Ann Manning, 67, of Paragould, passed away Friday, February 10, 2017, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. She was born June 22, 1949, in Hoxie, and was a former employee of Nestle. Survivors include her husband, the love of her life, Wayne Stone Barger of Paragould; two sons, Bobby (Becky) Manning of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Terry Manning of Paragould; one daughter, Cindy (Howard) Gipson of Paragould; two brothers, Bill Batterton of Yellville, and Robbie Batterton of Walnut Ridge; and two sisters, Linda Jones of Walnut Ridge, and Brenda DeVor of Poplar Bluff. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Shayna Vallance, Ally Mounts, Connor Manning, Olivia Manning, Katie Gipson, Mady Gipson, and Griffin Payne; and two great grandchildren, Maci Dodd, and Abbigail Vallance. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Guy and Beulah Batterton; one brother, Jim Batterton; and two sisters, Pat Bradley and Dorothy Batterton. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday, February 13th, at the Mitchell Funeral Home Chapel, Paragould. Burial will follow in Greene County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. Monday, until service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Vallance, Josh Vallance, Howard Gipson, Josh Morris, Joey Betterton, and Michael Wallin.
