Earline Hopson Morris, 85, died February 8, 2017. Earline was a New Year's Baby in 1932. She was born in Hamilton County to the late Earl Hopson and Lanie Loggins. After high school, Earline lived in Abilene for 44 years where she ran the restaurant in the First State Bank before retirement. She married Claude Aubrey "Hoss" Morris in 1963. Earline was also a member of the Bethel Temple Assembly of God. She moved back to Hamilton to live with her niece, Glenda Shinn. To greet Earline in Heaven were her husband; brothers, Clint and Lee Roy Hopson; sister, Vera Blackburn; cousins, Jackie Blackburn and Donna Donahue. Left to cherish her memories is her sister, Tincy Fieseler; and many nieces and nephews of Hamilton, Gatesville, Dallas, and Lampasas. Services will be held Monday, February 13, 2017, 10 AM at Riley Funeral Home Chapel. A burial will follow in Abilene at Cedar Hill Cemetery
