McMinnville -- Ruth E Suni, 71, of McMinnville, died Wednesday.
Born in High Bridge, Wis., she lived in Molalla and McMinnville, then moved in 1967 to Scappoose, where she owned and operated the Scappoose Cafe until her retirement in 1976. She returned to McMinnville, last year. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church.
Surviving are her husband, Leonard; son, Doug Pardee, Scappoose; daughters, Mary Zetner, Scappoose, Christine Duncan, Gladstone, and Pauline Giberson, Superior, Wyo.; brother, Jimmy Warren, High Bridge, Steve Warren, Ironwood, Mich., and Walter Warren, Molalla; and sister, Marguerite Bidgood, Ironwood, Sadie Saari, Iron Belt, Wis., and Esther Hough, Ashland, Wis.
Services will be at 2 pm Saturday in St Johm Lutheran Church. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Macy & Son Morturary.
