James Earl Noe, the husband of Dorthy McKinney Noe and the son of the late James and Alpha Couch Noe, was born in Lee County, KY on July 11, 1932 and departed this life at his residence in Ft. Thomas, KY on May 20, 2012 at the age of 79 years, 10 months and 9 days. He was retired from General Motors.
In addition to his wife he is survived by 8 children; Carla Marie Hill, James Michael Noe, Anthony Wayne Noe, David Allen Noe, Edward Leon Rison, Buford Lee Rison, Melissa Jane Hale and Patricia Lynn Rison, 2 sisters; Gladys Brandenburg, of Beattyville, KY and Eunice Schwartz, of Huntingburg, IN, 30 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, a sister in law Janie Hendren a brother in law Conley Turner, and a host of other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents Mr. Noe was preceded in death by 3 sisters; Ines Guy, Mavis Spicer and Lois Lawson.
