Charlotte C. Fowler, 86, died at 10:55 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 4, 2017, in Swedish American Hospital. Born June 10, 1930 in Rockford, IL, daughter of Harold and Irene (Larson) Selgren. Graduate of East High School. Married Ronald Fowler in Rockford, IL on March 21, 1953. Formerly worked at Alpine Softener. Lifelong member of Temple Baptist Church. She was an avid gardener and her family was very important to her. Survivors include her husband, Ron of Rockford; son, Michael Fowler of Rockford; sister, Pauline (Charles) Wilhelmson of Rockford; nieces and nephews, Denise (Jay) Bielefeldt, Sara (Gary) Bunch, Lisa Wilhelmson, Jan Heivilin, Brian (Jan) Selgren, and Kim Selgren numerous several great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents; son, Doug Fowler; and brother, Harold Selgren Jr.
