Connie was born on October 31, 1950 in Carlsbad, New Mexico to Juanita Scoggins Faulks and Raymond Faulks.
She has been a lifetime resident of Big Spring.
She was a graduate of Alladin Beauty College and was a hairdresser for a number of years at Eloise Hair Fashions, LaContesa, Attitudes and Chatterly's.
Her hobbies included crossword puzzles and slot machines.
She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her husband Lynn Barnett of Big Spring; six children: Lori Kirby of Big Spring, Tracy McElvaney and wife Paige of Firestone, Colorado, Josh Richter of St. Clarisville, Ohio, Amanda Gillespie and husband Steven of Big Spring, Shannon Stuteville and husband Tony of Big Spring and E. D. Barnett and wife Stephanie of Portland, Oregon; 13 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two brothers: Tracy Faulks of Big Spring and Bill Faulks and wife Jeanina of Athens; one sister: Ella Williamson and husband Mel of Big Spring; one uncle Horace Nesler of Lone Oak, Arkansas and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Pallbearers will be Caleb Gillespie, Mason Kirby, Garrett Stuteville, Tony Stuteville, Steven Gillespie, Fernando Saucedo and Van Williamson.
