Ellen passed away on 1/25/2017 at the age of 87. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Lee Farmer and her two sisters Lorna Shire and Edna Ney. She loved her plants, her pets and her family. She will be remembered by each of the many lives she touched. She will be mourned by her children Kathy Redick (Ronald), Stephen Farmer (Barbara), four grandchildren and six great grandchildren, as well as her longtime friend Mary Redick. Memorial services will be held at Horan & McConaty 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood CO 80227 on 2/10/2017 at 11:00AM with interment to follow at Ft Logan National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Foothills Animal Shelter, 580 McIntyre ST., Golden, CO 80401.
