Civil War veteran, Private, Company A, 12 Michigan Infantry, Federal; attended 75th reunion at Gettsyburg, 1938. He was the son of Thomas Clyborne of Jiles County, Virginia, and his wife, maiden name Robinson, of Kentucky. He resided at Deadwood South Dakota, Ellensburg Washington, and Suquamish. His usual occupation was carpenter. In November 1835, he sustained a hip injury that plagued him for the rest of his life. Following his death, he was cremated on 23 Dec 1938 at the Home Crematory in Seattle. His final location (and that of his wife) has not yet been determined.
