Dennis Harold Byrd was born January 26, 1933, in Maynard the son of Norman and Edna (Quast) Bird. He passed away Saturday March 9, 2013, in Montevideo at the Luther Haven Nursing Home. Dennis was baptized and confirmed in to the Christian faith at Maynard Lutheran. He grew up and attended school in Maynard. Dennis painted houses and barns in the Maynard area for many years. He had the good fortune of having close friends in the Maynard community to watch out for him over the years.
Dennis is survived by his sisters: Marcella and Delores.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Edna; and sister: Marlus Groothuis.
