Jetmore - Anita “Gail” Steinbring, 79, passed away February 6, 2017 at the Hodgeman County Long Term Care Center, Jetmore.

She was born February 19, 1937, in Las Vegas, Nevada, the daughter of William L. Gwen D. Finnamore Scott, she was a retired secretary for the Pawnee Watershed in Jetmore and was an avid K-State fan.

She was of the Christian faith and a member of the Jetmore Country Club and the Hodgeman County Booster Club, all of Jetmore.

On June 1, 1957, she married Walter E. Steinbring in Wichita. He passed away May 8, 2009.

Survivors include: two daughters, Brenda (Mike) Schmidtberger, Gardner and Linda Steinbring, Dallas, Texas; granddaughter, Morgan Schmidtberger, Topeka.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday at Beckwith Funeral Home, Jetmore with Carolyn Tarman presiding. Friends may sign the register book from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday with family present from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Inurnment will be in the Fairmount Cemetery, Jetmore.

Memorials may be given to the Jetmore Veterinary Service in care of Beckwith Funeral Home, Box 663, Jetmore, Kansas
