Norma Genevive Elliott, 86, widow of Cecil A Elliott, died peacefully Sunday, February 5, 2017, in Spartanburg SC surrounded by her family. She was born on October 27, 1930, in Onarga IL, the daughter of James and Sadie Hoel Rohr. Her parents preceded her in death. Surviving are her sons, Stan Elliott (Jeanne), Robert (Bob) Elliott (Donna), William (Joe) Elliott (Marcia), and Richard (Rick) Elliott (Robin); grandchildren Tammy Bajurin, Jamie Elliott, Todd Elliott, Tina Wade, Tricia DeHart, Amy O’Keefe, Cindy Gibson, Nate Elliott, Cassie Anderson, and Drew Elliott, in addition to 16 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. One brother, Ken Rohr survives in Chebanse, IL. In addition to her parents and husband, preceding her in death was her first husband, James M. Elliott, son Cecil K. Elliott, and his wife, Deanna Elliott; sisters Marjorie Rohr, Dorothy Rohr Sherman, brothers Butch Rohr, Del Rohr and Donnie Rohr. Norma and Cecil Elliott were longtime business owners in Watseka area over the span of 30 plus years. Private services will be held in Watseka, IL. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetary in Watseka IL.
