Diana G. Dixon, 72, of Mason City, Illinois, passed away Feb. 6, 2017, at the Mason City Area Nursing Home.
Diana was born Feb. 15, 1944, the daughter of Roy and Alice (Gunterman) Close in Lincoln, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Diana is survived by one sister, Loretta Myers; two brothers, Brad (Melanie) Close and Bryan (Ronda) Close; four nieces; two great-nieces and two great-nephews.
Diana was a member of the Baptist Church. She worked many years at Ainsworth Seed Company. She enjoyed doing agriculture research.
