She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Walnut Street Baptist Church and was the owner of Gupton's Restaurant in Louisville.
She united in marriage on October 7, 1948 to Robert Earl Gupton, who preceded her in death on February 16, 1996.
Survivors include a brother: Leslie Durham of Louisville and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
The funeral service for Mrs. Alma Elizabeth Durham Gupton, will be conducted Monday, December 12, 2005 at 12 Noon EST at the Resthaven Funeral Home in Louisville with entombment to follow in the Resthaven Memorial Park.
Rev. Gary Gupton will be officiating.
