Marcella Marcella Casper, 92, formerly of Marytown, died Sunday morning, Oct. 22, 2000, at Villa Loretta Nursing Home, Mount Calvary. She was born on Oct. 28, 1907, in Johnsburg, a daughter of the late Matt and Anna Schneider Nett. She attended St. John .the Baptist Grade School "and Garnett School. On June 15, 1932, she married Gregor P. Casper at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Johnsburg. After their marriage, the couple farmed in Marytown before retiring. Mr. Casper died on Oct. 22, 1990. Marcella was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Marytown and the Christian Mothers Society of the church. She also was a member of Daughters of Isabella Circle 923 of New Holstein, 3rd Order of St. Francis of Mount Calvary and the Apostolate of Suffering. She is survived by [names omitted].

She was preceded in death by a son, Gerald; a great-grandson; two brothers and a sister. Services: Funeral services will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Church, Marytown with the Rev. Joseph Coerber, pastor, officiating. Burial will be held Wednesday morning at the parish cemetery.
