Mary A. Drew, 93, of Frostburg, passed away Sunday, February 05, 2017 at Frostburg Village Nursing Care Center.
Born April 15, 1923 in Carlos to John and Laura (Lucas) Hitchins; she is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold Drew, daughter, Laura Lee Drew; two brothers, George and Tom Hitchins; and twin sister, Isabel (Hitchins) Jeffreyp; Mary was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Mary was a life member of Carlos United Methodist Church and was a retired accounting clerk from FSU.
Surviving is daughter, Deborah Livengood and husband Crock, Midlothian; three grandchildren, Josh Livengood and wife Danielle, Midlothian, Clint Livengood and wife Autumn, Frostburg, and Carrie Allen and husband John, Midlothian; five great grandchildren, who were the love of her life, Nicholas Livengood, Cailie and Raya Livengood and Dalton and Isabel Allen; special sister-in-law, Cora Lee Engle, Eckhart and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Avenue, Frostburg on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 from 3 to 5 pm. The funeral service will follow the visitation at 5 pm with Rev. George Harpold officiating.
Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park.
