Harold loved his family, camping and softball. He was a member of Marathon Lodge #438 F. & A.M. and a Past Master of Point of Light Lodge #795 F.& A.M., Whitney Point, member and past officer of Otseningo Bodies A.A.S.R. Valley of Binghamton and Kalurah Shrine. A United States Marine Corps veteran of WW II Harold was a member of the Marine Corps League, John W. Thurston Detachment in Binghamton and a life member of the George F. Riordan American Legion Post 976 in Whitney Point.
