He is survived by his daughter of Tulsa, and sister, Mrs. O. L. "Ethel" Barlow (ID# 80029642) of Hominy, Oklahoma.

He was preceded by his parents; 2 infant sisters, Mable Petty (linked) and Thelma Petty (linked); 3 infant brothers, Willie Petty (linked), Tillman Petty (linked), and Jim Petty (linked); 4 brothers, Sam Petty (linked), Jack Perkins Petty (linked), Oscar K. Petty (linked), and Robert Taylor Petty (linked); 2 sisters, Lena Rivers Williams (linked) and Louisa P. Crow (linked); and numerous friends.

Fred Yvonne Petty was 81 and lived at Tulsa, Oklahoma. He died Saturday, Doctor's Hospital, Tulsa, of lung cancer.
