Mrs. Pamela Jean Smith Lowery, age 56, of Hornbeak, died Saturday, February 04, 2017, at her residence.
She was born May 16, 1960 in Tiptonville, the daughter of the late Raymond and Addie Christine Shaffer Smith. Mrs. Lowery was a homemaker and a Baptist.
She is survived by her husband Darrell Lowery, Sr. of Hornbeak; three children and their spouses Skylier Lowery and Alicia of Hornbeak, Darrell Jr. Lowery and Aimee of Troy, April Minor and Pat of McKenzie; three brothers Jimmy and Shirley Smith of Obion, Timmy and Sherri Smith of Obion, Curtis and Carole Lowery of Chicago; four sisters Sissy Warren of Hornbeak, Connie and Charles Coleman of Newbern, Paula Cavness of Union City, Norma Napier of Flint, MI; eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Cricket Smith. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, February 6 at Cryer Funeral Home. Rev. Julian Huey will officiate with burial to follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Friends may call at Cryer Funeral Home on Sunday, February 5 from 6 PM until 8 PM.
Pallbearers will be Daniel Burns, Thomas Slove, Clay Smith, Ivy Minnick, Nicky Minnick and Scotty Jones. Alternate pallbearers will be Brad Warren, Jeff Smith and Ricky Smith.
