LOSANTVILLE - Paul R. Beaty, 58, Losantville, passed away Friday afternoon, February 3, 2017 at his home.
He was born April 5, 1958 in Muncie, the son of Billie and Hazel (Wood) Beaty. Paul loved spending time with his family, especially his granddaughter. He enjoyed riding his Harley, was an avid wood carver, had fun being a "picker/collector" and had an extensive Native American arrowhead collection.
Survivors include his wife, Sherri Sue (Miller) Beaty; two sons, Joshua Beaty (fiancé Samantha Hill) and Jeremy Beaty (Natasha Wilson); one brother, Robert Beaty (wife Bonnie); one sister, Martha Phipps (husband Virgil); one brother-in-law, Homer Daugherty; granddaughter, Darrian Michelle Beaty; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Lois Daugherty and a nephew, Russell Beaty.
Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 8, 2017at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 W. Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, IN 47304 with Pastor Jerry Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery, Windsor.
