Lula Catherine Young, 85 formerly of Pleasureville died Friday February 3, 2017 in Louisville.
She was a member of Crossroads Lighthouse Church in Eminence, KY.
Preceded in death by: husband, George Young; son, Ronnie Cook; step-daughter, Debbie Tinsley; grandson, Keith Cook; sisters, Effie Cox and Doris Scrogham.
Survivors: daughter, Shirley Smitha, Mt. Eden, KY; sons, David Cook (Lena), Louisville, KY, Gary Cook (Cathy), Jeffersontown, KY, Bo Cook (Peggy), Mt. Eden, KY, Mike Cook ( Doris), Mt. Eden, KY; stepchildren, Delsie, Georgie, Diane, John and Ricky; daughter-in-law, Debbie Cook, Lawrenceburg, KY; 14 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday February 8, 2017 at Shannon Funeral Home with Bro. Roy Temple, Jr. and Bro. Ray Hayes officiating. Burial will follow in Grove Hill Cemetery.
