TALLULA, Feb. 27.-John Buchanan, 83, of Tallula, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. John Boston, in Springfield, Sunday following a short illness. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Hattie Boston, Mrs. Bertha Daniels of Springfield; one son, Frank, of St. Louis. Funeral services were held Tuesday at 1 o'clock at the home of Mrs. Boston in Springfield and burial was in Ashland cemetery.
