Don Parker, age 87, of Grinnell, died on Saturday, February 04, 2017, at Grinnell Regional Medical Center.
A celebration of his life will be held 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, February 8th at the Sheridan United Methodist Church north of Grinnell. Interment with military honors will follow the service at Sheridan Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the Smith Funeral Home in Grinnell and his family will greet friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Memorials may be designated to the Sheridan United Methodist Church and mailed in care of the Smith Funeral Home, PO Box 368, Grinnell, Iowa 50112.
