He was born March 18, 1958 to the late Phillip and Viola Martin. He was raised by his loving parents Harold Webb and the late Madeline (Booth) Webb. Later by Stella (Woods) Webb.
He was a 1976 graduate of Warrior Run High School. He owned his own business, Perry Webb Heating. He was well respected in the community. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He belonged to Whilde Shots Rod and Gun Club and went to Canada every year to go fishing.
He is survived by his father Harold Webb, his wife, Patricia (Rea) Webb, two daughters Heather Madle and Amy Dieffenbach; one son, David Dieffenbach; seven siblings, Phyllis Messinger, Jacqueline Schwartz, Michael Lutz, Connie Germini, Debbie Ranck, Percy Webb, and Kathryn Keiser; and three grandchildren, Talara Cromley, Jonas and Soren Madle.
He was preceded in death by his mother Madeline (Booth) Webb, his brother Joe Martin and his sister June Martin.
There will be a public viewing on Wednesday February 8, 2017 from 6p.m.- 8p.m. at Brooks Funeral Home and Cremation Svc, PC, 207 Broadway Street, Turbotville. The burial will be at the convenience of the family at a later date.
